During my stay in Italy, I was deeply inspired by the discovery of an abandoned building that had undergone several transformations over time. From this exploration was born my series entitled "Nosce te Ipsum," which translates from Latin as "Know Thyself." Through the objects, old memorabilia, and frescoes I observed and photographed, I discovered that this place once served as a school and possibly as a residence and hotel. My photographs, both nostalgic and funereal, depict stairwells, empty classrooms without doors or windows, old frescoes on the walls, and decaying furniture with its various objects transformed by the passage of time.
