Acrylic paintings

Alongside my figurative practice, I venture into a more abstract, instinctive form of painting, open to interpretation. Acrylic allows me to engage with the canvas in a more direct and physical way: collage, wiping, dripping, and unconventional tools become ways of exploring both material and gesture. I work in a constant interplay between spontaneity and construction. An initial impulse guides the gesture, then the work evolves through layering, erasure, and decisions that shift its balance. I embrace uncertainty and accidents as integral parts of the process, allowing myself the freedom to change direction until the composition finds its own coherence. Through color, rhythm, and material, I seek to materialize the immaterial: time, movement, instinct, as well as sensations that are more difficult to name. Landscapes or territories sometimes seem to emerge without having been predetermined, leaving viewers free to project their own perceptions onto the work. Between energy and contemplation, my abstract paintings retain a poetic dimension where transformation, memory, and a resonance with the natural world converge.
